For any delivery, we charge shipping fees based on the total weight of your order and its destination. Delivery is handled by Swiss Post. The delivery time is one to four weeks. We will inform you of the delivery of items that are temporarily unavailable.

The actual colors (shades) of our textiles are particularly difficult to reproduce electronically. For this reason, we always specify the hues in the item descriptions. Color variations in the item photos on screen are of a technical nature (e.g., individual screen settings). We do not guarantee the accuracy of the colors displayed on the website.

Please notify us immediately of any manufacturing or material defects in the goods as well as any damage resulting from transport. We will exchange defective items. If repairs are possible, they will be carried out by us or by our suppliers.

All our prices are stated in Swiss francs and include VAT. Price changes are possible, for example due to exchange rate fluctuations.

When placing an order, you have the option to make a donation to Summit Foundation. This is a voluntary contribution that will be added to the total payment amount. This donation is revocable in writing within five days of receiving the goods. In this case, you will receive a refund of the amount to your credit card or via bank transfer.
